Essential: Educational Qualification; LLB (5 years integrated course or 3 years Law)
Desirable: LLM (2 Years)

Experience: 3 – 5 Years of litigation experience.

Essential:

  • In-depth knowledge of Indian laws and court procedures.
  • Strong oral and written advocacy skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and client relationship skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferable:

  • Specialization or certification in litigation.
  • Experience in handling high-stakes cases.
  • Business development and client acquisition skills.

Responsibilities

  • Handle a caseload with increasing levels of complexity.
  • Draft and file pleadings, motions, and briefs independently.
  • Conduct legal research and provide legal opinions on various issues.
  • Attend court hearings, trials, and negotiations.
  • Manage client relationships and provide regular updates on case progress.
  • Supervise and mentor junior associates and legal assistants.
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys on case strategy and legal issues.
  • Participate in client meetings and contribute to business development efforts.
