Education

Essential: Educational Qualification; LLB (5 years integrated course or 3 years Law)
Desirable: LLM (2 Years)

Experience: 3 – 5 Years of litigation experience.

Skills

Essential:

In-depth knowledge of Indian laws and court procedures.
Strong oral and written advocacy skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Leadership and team management skills.
Excellent interpersonal and client relationship skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferable:

Specialization or certification in litigation.
Experience in handling high-stakes cases.
Business development and client acquisition skills.

Responsibilities

Handle a caseload with increasing levels of complexity.
Draft and file pleadings, motions, and briefs independently.
Conduct legal research and provide legal opinions on various issues.
Attend court hearings, trials, and negotiations.
Manage client relationships and provide regular updates on case progress.
Supervise and mentor junior associates and legal assistants.
Collaborate with senior attorneys on case strategy and legal issues.
Participate in client meetings and contribute to business development efforts.
