Adv. Prabhakaran Ramachandran, LL.M.

Advocate Prabhakaran is a practising attorney at the Supreme Court of India, International Tribunal and other bodies, adjunct faculty, and a board member in law for leading institutions in the country. He has an illustrious academic record of the university’s first rank (Gold medalist) at both graduation and post-graduation in law. He was recruited from the campus interview and trained as a Tax Attorney for Ford Motor Company at Detroit (Michigan) USA, in the Office of the Tax Counsel.

Ms. Meera

Meera, a graduate in Computer Science (B. Sc.) joined our firm in 2021 to take care of administration. With a keen eye for detail and an unwavering commitment to professionalism, she has taken on the crucial responsibility of managing the finances and the human resources of the firm. In the realm of administration, she handles communication media, scheduling appointments, and addressing queries with finesse. As for handling finance, she has anacute understanding of budgeting, financial forecasting and prudent expense management. In the area of human resource management, she has efficiently handled hiring, staffing and benefits management. She serves as a bridge between the Litigation, Technology and Intellectual Property departments, fostering collaboration and enhancing team cohesion. Presently in Pravda Law Associates he is involved in assigning and coordinating litigation cases for the advocates by introducing digitizing systems and processes.

Head -Operations

Mr. M. Srikanth

He has completed his B.Com M.A. LL.B and takes care of the entire Firm’s operations. His other responsibilities include:
1)Meeting the clients who are visiting our office
2) Appraise them of their case status,
3)Co-ordinating with associates for case follow ups
4) Fixation & fee negotiation with clients
5) Conducting preliminary interview in associates recruitment
6) Exploring opportunities for expanding new clients
7) Looking after office function and administration
8) Outstanding fee follow up with clients and ensuring liquidity
9) Uploading the case files into cloud portals making docs accessible from anywhere.
